Community - Commitment - Compassion
Four years ago, we met a sibling group of 4. These young babies, ages 6-12, were terrorizing the apartment tenants, staying out past midnight, using inappropriate language, spitting in the faces of adults and going to school when they felt like it. They literally hated one another all because they were inadequately equipped with the tools needed to succeed in school,. Additionally, there was a lack of parental guidance and discipline. Today, because they received the love and care they so longed for, i.e. school supplies, clothing and largely some sense of discipline, the siblings (we call them “The Sibs”) are hugging one another, on the honor roll and enjoying school. With your help, we can surely write more success stories just like this one.
